Capen Basement Remodel
in Bloomington, IL

This project consisted of a unique plan to create a game room atmosphere with full accommodations to host guests and parties. The existing basement was somewhat long and narrow, but after collaborating with the client we created a design to repurpose a closet space creating a cut-out for a one-of-a-kind kitchenette. This kitchen space included installation of a countertop, sink, faucet, space for a refrigerator, and a pantry storage closet along with new vinyl flooring.

Around the corner, we installed amenities for a full bathroom including some plumbing and electrical work. Finally, we refinished the carpeted stairs, floor, trim, and railings making way for the installation of a pool table at one end of the room.
