We remodeled this entire 1970's ranch house located in a neighborhood between Downs and Bloomington, IL. We gutted the interior of the kitchen and two bathrooms as pictured here. See the end result, where we were able to provide modern finishes and amenities to brighten the space and make a more relaxing atmosphere.

Kitchen Remodel Highlights

Our team at Parker Builders added a wraparound kitchen island, new cabinetry with cutouts for appliances, patterned tile backsplash, new countertops, and recessed lighting to tie together the kitchen that opens to the living room.

Bathroom Updates for Added Comfort

Each of these bathrooms had updates to the tile flooring and walls. The first bathroom update pictured below included an intricate tile pattern around the shower, shelving for shower products, a sliding glass door with railing, two showerhead attachments, and matching flooring.

The second bathroom update came with more of a challenge with space. The owners opted to not include a bathtub here but instead, we designed a standing shower featuring the same two showerheads, a swing glass door, overhead lighting, and a dark grey tile pattern.
